I had a great experience with the HR person in general. She was responsive and very nice. They asked me to go in for a 4hr interview which involved meeting with 4 people and a presentation. I put a lot of time and thought into the presentation and the interview. I did not get hired because I was not formal enough for the role which is fine. However, I feel that this could have been understood by meeting with one or two people instead of wasting about 20 hours of my life.
