It was a pretty basic interview. I think one of the biggest things is knowing about the company. The first question she asked was what I knew about Wyndham, and after I answered she said there's a lot of people who don't know anything and don't bother to look the company up they are interviewing for. And she didn't seem happy about it. I don't think there looking for a detailed report. Just some basic knowledge about the company. Other than that, they just asked about my past experiences, asked my strengths and weaknesses, situational questions-how would you handle this or that, what would you do if.... etc. Nothing really out of the ordinary. They seemed genuinely nice and happy with there job and the Wyndham company.
All interviewers asked basically the same questions of me: explain your experience, how do I envision myself in this role, what I have heard about VMware, do I have any questions. Typical interviewing questions; very friendly interviewers.
