I worked at Wilton and recently left before that place drowns. Take it as a blessing you never heard back because it is no place you want to go. Management is corrupt and the turnover is increasing by the week. The HR department is nonexistent and a waste of time. Less

I work at Wilton, believe me, there isn't a diversity problem here. I can name at least 9 people who are black, Asian, and Hispanic in my department alone. It's pretty easy to get a job at Wilton so you probably just weren't a good fit. They should have followed up though Less
