emplyee is worked for company not for a specified boss their always be communication is necessary to understand employee panning for company growth. employee are spending their time in company for limited hrs, if hrs are increasing should get return value. if company is hiring people they should have proper growth plan, if they have should follow in proper way equal judgement required for all.
I said i worked with a reputed MNC for 8yrs of work experience shown on my resume in HR operations. Hr Operations is way beyond that ticketing. Assignment and handling of tickets is just a source to managed the daily workables. I was a subject matter expert in handling the Hr Operation process starting from new joiners till the exit. Later, she said that she was in Recruitment for 12 yrs and it’s been 6mnths since she moved into HR Operations... shocking for me!!
