Sales & Business Development
Drive regional sales targets for the Pain Management portfolio (acute & chronic therapies).
Develop and execute region-wise sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, key institutions, and high-potential territories.
Monitor secondary sales, prescriptions, and market share growth.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for the assigned area.
Ensure consistent primary and secondary sales growth across all territories.
Identify potential markets and expand business opportunities.
Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Medical Representatives.
Conduct regular field work, joint calls, and performance reviews.
Ensure manpower availability, productivity, and compliance with company processes.
Key Account & Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with pain specialists, anesthetists, orthopedicians, neurologists, physicians, and key hospitals.
Manage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and institutional business in the region.
Coordinate with marketing and medical teams for scientific engagement.
Marketing & Brand Execution
Ensure effective implementation of brand strategies and promotional campaigns.
Support product launches, CMEs, RTMs, and doctor engagement programs.
Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feedback to HO.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and ethical promotional practices.
Review MIS, sales reports, expense statements, and forecast accuracy.
Participate in regional reviews and strategic planning meetings.
Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Experience: 8–12 years of pharma sales experience
Minimum 3–5 years as RSM / ABM in Pain Management
Age Preference: 35–45 years
Location Exposure: Strong experience in Delhi / NCR & North India markets

Provide accidental insurance coverage of ₹1 lakh
Provide outstation allowance for the Regional Manager
