We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to support our product, business, and operations teams. This role offers hands-on exposure to business analysis, data interpretation, process improvement, product requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination.
The ideal candidate should be curious, proactive, and comfortable working with data to identify trends, solve business problems, and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data.
• Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and business presentations.
• Work with product and business teams to understand requirements and document business processes.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
• Support data-driven decision-making through insights and recommendations.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, and user stories.
• Track key business metrics and performance indicators.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data collection and project execution.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Requirements:
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 6+ months
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and business metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
• SQL (Basic to Intermediate).
• Power BI or Tableau.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis.
• Business Documentation and Process Mapping.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
