Salesforce Functional ConsultantRole Summary

A Salesforce Functional Consultant works with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design Salesforce-based solutions, and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce products. The consultant bridges the gap between business needs and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions and functional specifications.
• Configure Salesforce applications, including:
• Custom Objects and Fields
• Page Layouts
• Record Types
• Validation Rules
• Flows and Process Automation
• Reports and Dashboards
• Work closely with developers, architects, and administrators.
• Support Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and integration projects.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend best practices.
• Prepare user stories, process maps, and solution design documents.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support deployment activities.
• Provide end-user training and change management support.
• Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Business process analysis and requirement gathering.
• Salesforce configuration and declarative development.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Agile/Scrum project experience.
• Data migration and data quality concepts.
• Reporting and dashboard creation.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
