Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using C++ on Linux platforms
• Develop robust and scalable software for robotic-assisted surgical systems and medical applications
• Work on real-time motion algorithms, low-latency communication, and sensor array integration
• Develop and enhance GUI applications using Qt framework
• Must have experience in Modbus
• Work with visualization frameworks such as VTK for medical imaging and 3D visualization
• Experience in Modbus.
• Implement system-level software for robotic component control and surgical workflows
• Optimize software performance, memory management, and multithreaded applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, systems, hardware, QA, and product engineering teams
• Participate in software architecture, design reviews, debugging, and code optimization activities
• Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews
• Work in Agile development environments and follow software development best practices

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in C++
• Strong Linux application and system-level programming experience
• Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Experience with multithreading, STL, memory management, and debugging
• Hands-on experience with Qt framework for GUI development
• Experience working with VTK or similar visualization libraries
• Good understanding of real-time systems and low-latency communication
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Experience with Git/version control systems
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Good to Have

• Experience in robotics, medical devices, or imaging domain
• Exposure to MR-guided systems or surgical robotics platforms
• Knowledge of sensor integration and motion control systems
• Experience with numerical libraries and visualization tools
• Familiarity with networking, IPC, and embedded Linux systems
• Understanding of software architecture for high-performance systems

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
