We are seeking a very well detail-oriented and experienced QA Manual Tester with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web and enterprise applications through comprehensive manual testing. Selected tester will work closely with QA team members, developers, business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify defects, validate requirements, and deliver high-quality software releases.

## Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and functional requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and user acceptance testing support.

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases and test suites.

• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using defect management tools.

• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify bug fixes.

• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback to improve testability.

• Validate UI/UX, business workflows, APIs (basic validation), and database outputs where required.

• Execute end-to-end testing across multiple environments.

• Ensure test coverage for new features and enhancements.

• Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, and quality status updates.

• Support production validation and post-release verification.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards.

## Required Skills:

• 5–8 years of experience in Manual Software Testing.

• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into effective test cases including negative and out of box approaches.

• Experience in writing detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases

• Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and exploratory testing.

• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tool Jira.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Basic SQL knowledge for database validation.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with API validation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification is a plus.
