- Experience sometimes depends on the team you are on - Benefits are ok but seem sub-par when compared to other IT jobs, for example, the standard PTO package (8 bank holidays and increasing days off for time at the company) when most places are offering versions of unlimited PTO for IT workers now. - Remote workers are helping with the diversity issue! However, there is great room for improvement in this areana

CEO doesn't seem to want to be in the business, inherited from father. New product has no OEM certifications forced to sell legacy product. Very narrow target list of dealers that they can be a good fit

The pay was competitive, as were the benefits.

The culture, starting at the top. It seemed the best way to get ahead was to just agree with whatever the leadership already thought, no matter how many times they flip-flopped or changed directions. When given direction on a project, we would get two weeks in, and *boom* the leadership would see something they liked and completely overhaul everything. To further exacerbate matters, we would often be pinged well after work hours to have a discussion about the latest brands leadership liked, an ever-changing list that would force us to redesign everything we worked on up to that point.

*My favorite thing about Autosoft is how flexible they have been with my schedule. I recently had a baby and they have allowed me to shift my schedule around to accommodate my needs as a new parent. *They have been focusing on hiring knowledgeable managers/leaders who know how to organize and lead us to success. *All of my co-workers are superstars and are always willing to lend a hand.

Cons

We are currently trying to find ways to improve efficiency which does create extra work and it is sometimes hard to squeeze it all in.
