Pros

The role provides wide exposure to client relationship management, commercial decision-making and service delivery at scale. I regularly work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, which builds confidence, operational awareness and the ability to influence outcomes. Colleagues are generally supportive and willing to share knowledge. If you are proactive and resourceful, you can shape your own approach and make a meaningful impact.

Cons

The workload can be consistently high, particularly when managing multiple client portfolios with differing complexities and priorities. Processes and systems do not always keep pace with expectations on account teams, which can create avoidable pressure and lead to reactive working. Progression pathways and salary movement are not always clearly defined, making it difficult to understand what is required to develop or advance.

Pros

not the wrst place to work in the world

Cons

really bad management, bellrock recieved loads of complaints from customers but just ignore them (i worked on the costa account, if they dont listen to the customers they will lose the work) they make the customers do loads of admin work themselves that should be handled by bellrock no the client, confusing procedures and have a premium rate telephone number that charges customers if they need to get in touch.
