1. Comparatively better salary in Portugal. 2. Nice office. 3. Work-life balance. 4. Good benefits
Cons
1. Unpredictable managers, can be good on face and behind will be backstabbers in terms of evaluating your performance. 2. In some projects, you have to work with Capgemini India colleagues, which is a nightmare. Bad experience for me. Your manager in Portugal will always tell you to obey the Capgemini India team as your client, no matter how badly they treat you back.
