      * 31st salary *no work pressure, cool life * Copy paste work mostly

      * Technically degrade if we stay more years * rules may change at any time. *3 months compulsory notice period. * if serving notice period, hike and promotion rollback to previous hike. * No work from home. *After 2nd lockdown, doing work from office. * In-office no covid rules follows. Even HR also not wearing a mask. * no promotions. * worst hikes. * introduced variable pay. *Hikes are dependent on persons. not follow follows. M, M+ getting grades have the same percentage of hikes. * No respect. treat like a slave. *Even omicronn varient is spreading, no wfh. * Leaves are very less not per industry standard. EL - 22 , CL -5 * maternity leave with no benefits. we have to take long w/o salary. * paternity leave - 2 days * no carrier growth. *

      Pros

      Waste of time to learn about the Product. Backward people and skills which are not useful for our growth.

      Cons

      Pay is very poor,apart from that they ask money while exit process like beggars and threat employees on relieving .Management is soo cheap and no ethics.Slum dogs . I am not sure whether higher Management CEO knows about Indian branch ,Please take a necessity action.

      Entry level is good We can advise new technologies to managers and implement it.. But no help from any seniors..

      Cons

      I worked for around 2 years,Terrible working culture, every person in management feels like a boss and do whatever they want, the people who joined as a fresher to 5yrs exp has to give bond of min of 2 years and make them slave.. The People who wants to resign from company, the management will relieve them early and asks for the buyout like a beggars, they are much trained in this kind of situations.. I advise to the people not to join in this company.. And one more thing there is no increment if you are in bond, even u are not on bond u wil get less increment..
