Pros

Modern Tech Stack: Mention that they work with Headless WordPress, Next.js, and TypeScript. Mentorship: "The senior developers are knowledgeable and always willing to help with complex debugging." Enterprise Projects: "Opportunity to work on high-traffic websites for global brands." Remote Culture: (If applicable) "Flexible working hours and a strong remote-first culture."

Cons

The 'pixel-perfect' requirement means tasks can sometimes take longer than expected, leading to tight deadlines.

Pros

they give you some freedom

Cons

They have terrible management and play favorites heavily. When they run into trouble they fire people rather than look for solutions. Super lazy way to manage- they think they reinvented staffing but they are just lazy and only rely on past relationships can't create any new ones.
