Great company to work for, good benefits and perks come with the position. Family owned and operated which brings a great atmosphere to the place.
Cons
Company is behind the times when it comes to pay and vacation benefits, they want the loyalty of a union shop but not all the negatives that come with it. I think they would be a top 5% company to work for but feel the items mentioned above need to be addressed. Until then they will struggle to find good talent to keep there.

Laid back, high hourly pay, flexible with your hours and will give you more hours if you are dependable.
Cons
no benefits, management is a joke, sometimes too laid back where everyone gets away with anything, and the extreme heat/cold tempatures
