Pros

Open enrollment into "the club" the sooner you get into it the better.

Cons

Management wants you to take ownership of an area, which could be a good thing, but more often than not it is so they can chill for 7/9 hours of a shift while sitting on their phone while preparing to question your decisions with 20/20 hindsight during wrap up.

Pros

Flexible, good pay, good management

Cons

Working in the elements. Sometimes not knowing when you will get off work but usually pretty consistent.

Pros

The supervisors and the dock workers are good people to work around, good pay for a easy job.

Cons

There was a lot of favoritism by upper management, there's no room for improvement unless friends or family. And being in the weather elements.
