Pros

Open enrollment into "the club" the sooner you get into it the better.

Cons

Management wants you to take ownership of an area, which could be a good thing, but more often than not it is so they can chill for 7/9 hours of a shift while sitting on their phone while preparing to question your decisions with 20/20 hindsight during wrap up.

Pros

Good pay. The dock managers were cool. And they were pretty flexible as far as hours go.

Cons

It is an open air dock it gets super cold so dress accordingly. Also they can be sticklers for calling out without a doctors excuse. (Even though they don’t have healthcare plans for part timers)

Pros

Flexible hours, technology up to date

Cons

Lots of racism and discrimination that goes unaddressed and swept under the rug and kept quiet about. Some people get away with everything some get nitpicked with about everything just depends on who you are and if they like you.
