Specifically, within the EM department, I strongly advise against joining as the leadership is fast-paced and new employees often face bullying. The company's primary focus is on generating revenue, resulting in frequent burnouts among employees. Leaders work tirelessly, on all weekends and during their time off. This, in turn, has a domino effect on the entire team, leading to a significantly high attrition rate, which, in my opinion, is understandable given the circumstances. Overall, this organization may be suitable for individuals who are accustomed to the orthodox work culture prevalent in typical small-scale Indian organizations. However, if you are an ambitious, innovative employee who brings fresh perspectives, ideas, and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact by asking critical questions, I would advise you to look elsewhere as the organization seems incapable of adapting the modern ways of working. There are numerous other organizations that offer competitive compensation while providing opportunities to both contribute and receive value in a more fulfilling manner.
