Pros
Strong Name. Work here, get it on your resume and run! Young people already know this. This is why the entry level churn is so high.
Cons
The Senior Leaders spend all of their time managing up and have little interest in being effective. All of my time was spent "telling my leader what I did so she could sell it up at a higher level meeting and look good- taking all the credit when things went well and blaming others when it did not.
