everyone strives for excellence there are teams and resources to support salespeople they communicate effectively throughout the organization
Cons
there can be politics rules don't seem to apply to some - example - year end award can only be won if you hit all metrics. At the end of this year and many years, a certain individual seems to win (because he's vocal and well liked). Looking at his metrics, you can see that he missed the mark on one.
