Very good company for ladies as ladies usually do their second marriage with this company and amex take advantage of this on the same of diversity. Work from home facility is good. Good facilities like transport.
Cons
Pathetic work life balance Amex is known for its work life balance but it is totally fake n wrong perception. Staying back after shift timings is the culture of amex and moreover working without getting paid anything extra. Totally BPO environment with most of the departments have copy n paste work with zero learning. No professional trainings to enhance the quality n skills of employees. Employees are thrown to the heavy work culture from day one without providing them professional training. Not very good salary packages in comparison to same level of companies of same industry.
