Pros
Autodesk puts decent amount of effort in their employees career growth
Cons
Management is unprofessional in some cases, the salary doesn't reflect the requirements of the role. RSU Grants that's given for motivation but as I noticed, the company prefers to terminate employment before major RSU is granted. Work-Life balance isn't as good as it seems, there are plenty of busy and stressed times with a very short period of cooldown if any at all. Although the company puts a decent amount of effort and resources into their employee's career growth, the value of an employee isn't high and easily replaceable. My direct manager had gone through a breakup that directly impacted his professional judgment and changed his behavior towards the team members. In my opinion, my employment termination has been caused by the lack of professional judgment of my direct manager. Stay away.
