Pros
Two days work from home.
Cons
This Review is coming from a employee who have worked 19 months within the company. Honest Review. 1. Minimum salary. Just enough to live lowly in the city you're posted at. Means they pay just so that you can just enough live in the city to do their job that's all. 2. No Learning, old legacy project, old enterprise tools. You'll be in the old people team. No young energy or enthusiasm. Only people who have been working since 10-15 years. 3. You can't have direct or open conversation with HR or Senior Management. If you're working as freshers senior management will treat you like a non-existent being and Will make you feel useless and underappreciated. 4. No Appraisals, promotions. They'll pay so low to begin with then no appraisal for 1.5 years and when it's time for appraisal cycle they'll give multiple Reasons why you can't get hike even if you'll get some by any luck don't expect much. Literally nothing. 5. They won't approve your work from home. Even though they have BTO policy (means you can do wfh upto 90days) but they won't approve it when you request (they'll ask you to submit medical certificate or strong reasons) meanwhile you're expected 3 days to work from office where as your senior managers or managers were seen in the office two months ago. The list is long. I wouldn't suggest any fresher to settle for this job. Work Hard, study and prepare kids there are better companies where you'll learn and grow. Keep applying don't settle for less.
