Pros

Growth opportunity with Salesforce certifications

Cons

A LOT! They boast of being an inclusive place, when their own managers and staff with high positions block your way, minimize you, being a woman for them is having to be inferior, being part of the lgbt community seems absurd to them, burlesque comments, raise a complaint and they never did anything, they didn't even ask for forgiveness. They truncate your career so that you get fed up and prefer to go somewhere else. There were offers of job positions within the company, but they always kept me on the sidelines, giving priority to projects that were not paying us, they were mere proposals. Be aware if they reach you to get into their DCX Salesforce MX practice, specially with some of the C-level individuals. Their friendship weight more than intelligence. Besides that they are homophobic, misogynist and sexist. There is a program to file complaints about bad practices and it is useless, they do not pay attention, nor do they follow up on the cases presented there. Run away from there!

Pros

Pretty flexible. It's cool if you get on a project with a good client, because honestly you will become like a low-class employee at that company who they all dont care about and expect you not to be around very long so if you can deal with that then you can try and have a good time with them.

Cons

Honestly can't believe the audacity and entitlement of the middle management at this place. For example, last year everybody got about 3% merit raises (not at all keeping up with inflation but still something). This year, they were working with the same pool of funds to work with for raises, but made a "business decision" to consolidate the raises to only management. The rest of us got nothing. And the TOLD us they kept everything for themselves. And in addition to that, they twisted the knife by COMPLAINING to the whole department on a department call that their bonuses weren't enough. Just tone-deaf and careless mostly.
