      Get sustainability ethic in this company - very ESG focussed

      Cons

      Ridiculously outmoded performance process. Roundtables where you are judged by people you dont even know or even work with. They make you jump through process hoops which aren’t even taken into consideration

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
