      I am still learning about CapGemini. They have entered in Brazil recently, but I am satisfied with the project management ideas they guide us to follow.

      About Brazil unity only: Benefits area should be more efficient when helping employees to solve their issues. There are long delays in replies and sometimes it brings problems to us.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
