On boarding was a stressful disorganised shambles, out of 14 others on training group I was the only one to not be given log ins to train on the systems, was misadvised and told each day they would arrive any day, found out they was never going to be arriving for a whole month! Spent the entirety of training writing out everything said word for word so at least I could try to remember the system training, but was told my notes wouldn’t be allowed to be used out on the floor! Was expected to go live on the phones with one days training of systems to catch up, if and when I did get my log ins, and SME’s would only help with emergency calls such as suicide calls or if we was going to make a big error but not be sat with me! On the phone! I Lost £550 changing a holiday date as I was advised it would it clash with the 12 week training yet another person in the same group was granted a holiday 2 days before the end of the 4th week of training! No access to my first and only wage slip needed to rapid re-claim benefits and they don’t do wage slips or email copies! I’m appalled at the lack unprofessionalism of Capita’s approach to my issues, and it has caused so much stress! I wish I had never applied!
