If you ever wondered what it was like to live under the British rule, and be a victim of the zamindari system, join Capita India. The inhumane behaviour I witnessed here is almost as good as a white man flogging an Indian man just coz he can. Slaves to their British masters, almost all the sepoys (managers)) in Capita are drunkards because they need alcohol to chug down their humanity. Drowning my team in silly labour work, my master asks me to not care about my team, they are I quote "they are dogs, they will do anything we ask them to". One of my other managers actually went around telling my peers not to talk to me, or else their performances would be affected. Another example of their unprofessional behaviour- I went on a leave for 2 weeks, when I came back I was asked to start working for another team and a role that was way lower than what I was hired for. Two weeks into that, I was pulled back into my previous team because their clients were complaining and they needed me to be the scapegoat! Mind you neither of the times, I was asked if I want to move out or move back in- that was the moment I decided I don't want to be here anymore. P.S. My FNF settlement is still not done, and I hope this review doesn't affect it because this company is totally capable of stooping down to that level.
