Pros
On the positive side - Capita is a good company with a strong Brand. When I was working for them I found it was easy to open doors with their name they had good marketing and communications.
Cons
The company is very siloed. I remember working in a large openplan office with a number of different divisions in the same room. Given this I was frankly horrified by the "Chinese Walls" that were in existence. I was pulled aside by my manager on one occasion and asked "Why are you talking to them" when I engaged in conversation with a member of staff from a different division.
