- very friendly, talented and low ego coworkers - best-in-class product - #1 focus is our member experience even before revenue - competitive pay - benefits
Cons
- many top performers are being denied promotions for multiple cycles because of "restricted budget" while some teams get all of their staff promoted every year - no backfills for positions means that team is overextended - only 3 weeks of PTO while the industry standard is flexible time off (no cap) - leadership not open to WFH once covid ends - Chief People Officer's questionable stance on PTO, WFH, promotions
