- L1 managers are great, but are at risk just like regular employees - Flex env depends on your team.
Cons
- March to offshore all tech jobs to cheap shore anywhere, or contractors with zero experience. - Your skills are constantly compared to someone else in a cheap shore location with a fake resume filled with lies. I interviewed one of them who had skills listed on his resume based on a youtube video that he had watched online!! - Raises always stop at L3, because we made money but not enough for give you one. There is always a lame excuse to shrink or remove the bonus pool as well. - The rules of the game are constantly changed in order to rob the employees from raises, bonus, or even benefits.
