Pros
-The package is okay. -They have transportation buses. -The work load isn't that high which makes for a good life balance, and you can work from home. -Overtime for any extra work agreed to with your manager. -Very good if you don't want to bother and just ride along or want to study since there's hardly any actual work done.
Cons
-If you plan to stay more than a year then it's career suicide. -Management doesn't actually get the software engineering field/ are a bit out of touch. -Extremely outdated technologies with no care for improving or innovating. -Most employees aren't that skilled technically since their hiring process isn't strict at all and they don't really care since they just need the numbers. -The environment is very lazy. -Some good things are always taken advantage of, like the work from home benefit. -Really annoying notice period rules, even for people that aren't actually needed. -You will be extremely behind in your career since there's hardly any challenge. -Management don't actually assign projects based on skill but rather on random criteria. -Selfish coworkers.
