If you are lucky you might get to work on latest technologies, but it is very rare.
Cons
1. Very bad managers, leadership, HR team. 2. Managers focus on how can you say yes to all his requests and not on your talent or work life balance. Growth is dependent directly on this. 3. Most of the people recruited are relatives or friends of VPs, AVPs, SAVPs, SVPs, etc. 4. Gives very low package and demands 12-14hrs of work. 5. If know Java, it is very high chance that on your next project you might be put on python or data engineering. Leadership just want to make you billable on a project, no matter what you know or do not know. It is your headache to learn everything in 2-3 days. 6. I have never seen such corrupt leadership than any other company. 7. No regard for your leaves, there is should not be a biling loss of even a single day. 8. Worst place to work, would not even recommend my enemy.
