6yThank you for your feedback. As a company, our most important asset is our people. Our HR practices include reviewing our compensation structures periodically and aligning our hiring and performance increases to relevant market data. We also do bench-marking on a regular basis that show we are quite aligned and for those areas where we are not, we formulate a long-term plan for the same. While we do have personal development programs rolled out on a periodic basis, it does still need more attention. We are working on enhancing our capability development initiatives in the US Geo. We do have a diverse population as a company but maybe in certain teams we need to focus on bringing greater diversity and programs to encourage that are already in place and being implemented.
