Pros

Paid well for a while, and there are some really great people there.

Cons

VERY poor support, technical and personal development wise. I found a lot of double talk - especially from upper management and in the end they proved not to have integrity or be truthful.

Thank you for this feedback. Over the last 12-18 months we acknowledged that we needed to change how we support our team members. To that end, we’ve begun a transformational digital technology strategy that has incredibly increased our ability to support our teams. Along the way, there were challenges identified that we have striven to solve. Our leadership team, both at the US and global level, is consistently holding town halls and sending out communications in an effort to be as transparent as possible with our team. We again appreciate your feedback, and will continue to monitor these areas of improvement.

Location, building amenities, nice view

Pay is terrible.. work load increases but pay stays the same. Ten cent or less pay increase every year. No room for advancement. A lot of favoritism in office, management trains new hires incorrectly and employees have to Pick up the slack. There is no respect in office from management to employees. No assistance from management. You get talked at , not talked to like an adult. Management will clock you out if you go over a minute of your 15 minute break, you are expected to tell management when you are going to the restroom and they will contact you while in bathroom. Policies are not followed.
