      timings are flexible no work pressure as u would get plenty of time to work upon u get to interact with IIT/IIM/NIT guys to improve ur business understanding

      Cons

      No camera mobile phones allowed inside Salary and promotions are biased towards high end Institutions (Discrimination @peaks) HR policy is the worst
