EA is very good to their employees with excellent benefits, reasonable pay, and a good range of studios to work for. There is a good fit for almost everyone.
Cons
EA is a big company and your position means very little in the grand scheme of things. Reorganizations are not uncommon and neither are layoffs. Given a bad cycle or a failed game there's a chance you'll be impacted.
