- shady practices (just read the articles, lawsuits against them)
- horrible leadership
- outdated products / sales teams
- managers look out for own dollar not employees
- half sales team looking for other jobs other half doing that half’s jobs for them
- commission changes and re org happen yearly (8 out of my 12 years I had a new com structure )
- clients regularly ask why data is wrong or misleading , how certain people are VPs that are unethical and why they get different answers from different epsilon employees
