      Good company - Campaign Management Specialist Epsilon Employee Review

      Pros

      It has a great culure. Very relaxed environment (e.g., everyone takes a lunch, plays board games, talks to each other, goes out for happy hour, etc.). Most people leave at 5, 5:30. I liked everything about it pretty much.

      Cons

      not a lot of room for growth very technical position which i wasn't prepared for

      Salary is good. Good personal growth opportunity.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, company doesn't know what it wants to be, a lot of land-grabbing and paranoia among mid- to upper management.
