Pros
None - unless you get seduced by the work from home trap. Competent workforce and nice employees below the VP level
Cons
Too many to list ... this company does not care about its onshore employees at all. There is no engagement from senior leadership with employees except through their pretentious roadshows. They are totally disconnected from what their employees do on a daily basis and what's worse is they don't care. The VPs can't get over themselves and ton work to build an integrated organization that strives to fix problems. They rarely have all hands to discuss practical ways to make Epsilon better. It's all about putting more burden on their existing employees to make money rather than looking introspectively to fix processes that will save money. VP leadership ingratiates themselves to the India office across all levels and treats its onshore employees like slaves. Stay away even if you are desperate for employment. You will regret it.
