Pros
Benefits are all great from medical to unlimited PTO. The PTO is truly flexible and as along as your team is okay with it. You may take off when you want. We also get one “rest day” a month (could be just the holiday) but either way it’s a company shut down, which is also great. We are given a lot of work life balance & people in the company are very respective of it.
Cons
Pay compared to other companies is definitely much lower. Not a lot of training in the beginning, but it depends who you work with and meet. There has been a lot of shifting of titles, teams, & management every year or so that has made it very hard to understand certain teams/roles’ responsibilities. Managers tend to be very overworked. Not really a con, more so advice. But, if you want to move teams, it’s definitely in your own efforts to make it happen and they are usually supportive in directing you.
