      None that i can think off

      Cons

      Promised a great growth upon performance but nothing happened Only US folks get hike/promotions to key role ex., Manager to Director in less than 1 year, Director to VP in less than 2 years whereas all India promotions are only below manager grade Hikes are sub-par total control by us folks
