The fact that a bonus is offered at all is a pro, but it's not much for all the work that you are expected to do.

Let me count the ways... Store employees are just a number to the company. As a store employee, your thoughts/ideas are not valued, hardly even discussed. MLM is arrogant and doesn't take into account Store Employees actual experience with the customers/property. They promote Work/Life Balance, but it isn't a thing. You'll get called at all hours of the day for things the 24 hour customer care phone team should be able to take care of or at least deescalate until the next business day. Work schedules are released the day before the work week. Your direct supervisor is a rare sight to see or even receive a reply from. It's not explained, to customers who rent online, that their rent will be raised by 30-100%(most cases) within less than a handful of months.
