Pros
Good exposure to the functioning of the investment and financial world. Good learning programs and oppurtunity to meet with different department heads. Not to mention great food!
Cons
Internship program was poorly managed at the time. Not what you would expect for a premier investment bank. Again, it depends on the team and department that you get placed with.
