Pros

ZERO i mean "0" nothing at all

Cons

Dear Job aspirants especially i am here talking about employees of kpmg aml kyc analyst in bengaluru. and for freshers who wish to join. i joined this kpmg aml kyc analyst role in 2019 .. within 3 days i left the job. i tell you reason here. after quitting job within 3 days i was criticized by family, and relatives, and few of my friends note: all these people didnt know work culture and worklife balance in kpmg analyst role but only brand was visible in their mind.... and i was also literally feeling so bad for quitting job....but later i came know that my decision was 100% correct now i tell you what i observed in 3 days: 1. treating as slave. 2. jail prison kind of atmosphere 3. no phones allowed inside no work life balance... trats like a school child and put lot of illogical restrictions. guys remember my words,... not only this kpmg kyc aml analyst.. let it be whatever company and whatever designation.. after all we work for food and cloth and shelter.. remember these these three things carefully... (food cloth shelter).. once if you srart hunting high paid jobs and bigger posts... mark my words.. your half life is dead.. literally you will lose everything( peaceful, family time, personal activities, motivation, joyfulness etc.), literally for that money you will lose everything...... always remember don't compare yourself with others. . even if it is less salary kindly join a company where there is value for human and to his/her work life balance... you will be peaceful by end of work and leaving to home. otherwise your life will be spoiled

Pros

It might sound cliche but the Pro for me is the people that I work with. I'm lucky enough to be staffed in a team with great leadership. Managers are actually willing to coach junior members and be a real mentor. I very much appreciate their efforts.

Cons

Long hours and office politics. This is pretty basic and obvious for any public accounting firms. Every time a quarter end, year end, or a special filing is going out, you can expect 10-14 hour days. It might be fine in your early career but it gets really tiring after a few years.
