Pros
Initial few days are good, nice office.
Cons
It’s a circus of funny animals who give you enough stress to drive you crazy. Most directors at KPMG believe they know everything and micromanage everything from top to bottom. While they’re good at winning more business and sweet-talking clients, they’re not as good at delivering quality work. Some don’t even know how to talk to people; they need leadership training. They’re not leaders; they’re just managers who’ll never become leaders. As long as I worked there, I always questioned the quality of our deliverables and was forced to produce nonsensical work. I had a lot of experience in delivering but no experience in selling. I’m glad I’m out of that circus and now work at a place where I have enough time and support to produce quality work.
