Free beer served at beer bash every friday to help employees get over their dissatisfactions at the job.
Cons
Although the compensation offered is okay, the roles and responsibilities are not really challenging. I have been working here for the past 5 years and worked upon a variety of projects but the skill set I built is very much restricted to NetApp. The promotions are very much time dependent and have nothing to do with performance. Besides all, the innovations being done have dropped significantly which is mostly because of the culture of the company.
