Pros

The company deeply cares about you and their people. I have been working in Retail for 14 years but Puma has created an amazing experience to me in term of how the company care and look after me and my people in my brand, we had an amazing experience during Christmas time at Puma, company surprised us with all different incentives, surprises and perks throughout the whole month of December. When business cares about the people, the people care about their business.

Cons

Wonderful supporting leadership team so I haven't came across any downside but I would say IT system is a bit slow in compared to all retailers that I have worked for in the past.
