It's a sham

Pros

When people ask you where do you work, you could say PUMA

Cons

Well where do I begin. The place reeks of corporate politics. Managers don't judge you on your work rather on how much you close you are to them. Work isn't given any importance. Heck, even the HRs are involved in this. If you were to make a complaint regarding any of their services, they could fire you, no joke. I don't know how so many attention seeking mongers have congregated at the company. Maybe this is what they look for in the candidate when hiring. To anyone who is looking to join this place, if you like groupism, talking behind people's back, doing no work all day but pretending you did and be able to suck up then this is the place for you. Otherwise save yourself. Believe me this place is not worth it.

Pros

Nothing-if you are joining the India team

Cons

Unplanned and reactive hiring — roles are created or filled without strategy or long-term clarity. No pay parity — people doing similar work are compensated very differently, which creates resentment. Lack of clarity — there’s no clear understanding of what the management actually wants or what the long-term goals are. Political decision-making — most decisions are taken in a biased, unclear, and non-transparent way instead of a thoughtful or structured approach. No empathy — the human side is completely missing, whether it’s communication, feedback, or handling people situations.

Pros

1. Highly inspiring leadership team with ownership 2. Treat People as the biggest assets of the company 3. Fun and employee happiness is taken very seriously. Highly serious about having fun :) 4. Sports leagues and culture of sports in life and life in sports 5. Internal talent grooming and people development

Cons

1. If you are someone who is reserved or 'introvert', you may feel out of place sometimes as the place is super cool and at the same time, there is a high intensity focus on results and team collaboration... 2. People who stick to the brief and do not exceed expectations may feel overwhelmed at times since almost all employees love the company so much and stretch many extra miles and also do not hesitate to go beyond the call of duty
