Pros
The opprotunity to gain valuable sales experience in the real world in order to source a more financially beneficial job in the future. Pitney has a very thurough training plan for its employees. They seem to be highly motivated to ensure that their reps are as informed as possible on both their product mix and postal knowledge. The quotas are rather easy to attain as long as you spend your time in the field in front of your customer base. Territories are rather spread out but they do pay milage and a monthly vehicle allowance.
